New water cooler bottles are very heavy and awkward to move, so replacing your old water cooler bottle with a new one is best done by at least two people. The average office worker cannot manage a new water bottle on their own. Instead, plan on having at least one co-worker assist you as you change the bottle. Do not try to lift and place the water bottle in the right spot at the same time. Instead, lift the new bottle with a co-worker first, then you can both get the water bottle in its resting spot together.
